Registration Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form you: 

1. Are applying for listed participants to be take part in the described course. 

2. Understand that you will be advised if there are available places within 48 working hours of submitting your application. You will receive a second confirmation email 2 weeks prior to the program date with venue details, times and other information. As programs need a minimum number of participants to be viable, the program may be cancelled up until this second confirmation email has been received. We accept no liability for costs incurred (eg travel) up until this point.  

2. Agree to make payment on or before the program date. Payments can be made by cheque, direct-deposit, B-pay, Visa or Mastercard. 

3. Acknowledge that cancellations made less than four weeks of the program date will result in full registration fees being payable. In most cases substitutions are permissible, however costs already incurred, such as generating psychometric reports for specific individuals will need to be covered. 

4. Agree to adhere to any due dates for pre-work, such as the completion of online assessments, with late fees being imposed for work completed after these dates. 

5. Agree that all personal and sensitive information disclosed during the program, including assessment reports and information shared during group discussions be confidential to the participants concerned. 

6. Agree to fully participate in the program, including any associated post-work activities with fellow participants.
