Moving Into Leadership
 |
This program is designed for people who have recently made the initial move from staff member to first-level leader. It starts with an intensive 3 day program that helps leaders to discover what it really means to lead other people, as well as their own strengths, weaknesses and tendencies as a leader. This is followed by 4 x 1 day, hands-on, skill-building sessions covering areas such as giving feedback, delegating, coaching staff, decision-making, conflict management and motivation. During this time participants are encouraged to use reflective learning practices and start nurturing their own personal support network. The program finishes with participants completing a 360 degree assessment designed for first-level leaders and getting together 1 last time to a) celebrate their achievements to date and b) to plan their development from there, based on their 360 results. Graduating participants may be invited to share their stories with new participants in subsequent programs.

Coaching for Leadership
|
This program is designed for leaders who have been in their role for some time and who want to make some targeted enhancements in their day-to-day leadership behaviours. The program starts with an assessment of leadership strengths and weaknesses. Participants get together for 2 days soon after completing their assessments to explore their results, set learning goals and plan an integrated way forward to meet those goals within a 7 month time frame. Participants then go about implementing their leaning plan which typically involves a combination of on-the-job stretch assignments, targeted readings (supplied), journaling, and 6 one-on-one coaching sessions. The program finishes with a Sharing My Journey day where participants share a summary of their learning journey drawn from their learning journals and are also given the results of their goal-specific 360 feedback which provides a quantitative measure of their improvement (or otherwise in their goal behaviour).

Executive Transitions
 |
This program is designed to help people successfully avoid the common traps leaders make in the first 3 months of starting in a new position (be it a higher level or with a new team). It starts with a 1 day workshop that should be completed before a leader takes on a new role and then continues with 5 x one-on-one coaching sessions during the first 3 months of being in their new role.

Management Teams That Work
|
This unique program is designed to help intact leadership teams increase their collective impact by improving the way they work together as a team, and how they support each other even when working alone. More than 1 leadership team can attend a single program but the total number of participants cannot exceed 18. The program starts with a 2 day workshop where teams analyse themselves and determine what they want to do differently to improve their collective impact. This is followed by 7 team coaching sessions over a 6 month period.
