Leadership Development Programs

Our distinctive leadership development programs provide Australian organisations and leaders with access to world-best practices in leadership training design. All of our programs:

Our intensive 1 & 2 day, micro-skill programs are designed to help those leaders who wish to develop a particular aspect of their leadership competence. These programs are offered in both open-enrolment and in-house formats across Australia.


Our extended leadership programs  are designed for leaders who wish to undertake a prolonged learning journey over a 6 to 12 month period.



Micro-Skill Leadership Development Programs

Our intensive and practical micro-skill programs are either one or two days in duration. All programs can be offered in-house and selected programs are also conducted as open-enrolment training courses. Extended Leadership Development Programs

Our extended 6-12 month programs are designed to take participants on a transformational learning journey over a prolonged period. These programs are made up of several interrelated activities that participants engage with over time, including: initial assessments of strengths, weaknesses and developmental needs; a multi-day development session; on-the-job learning assignments; and   an evaluation of improvement within identified areas of need.


Most extended programs are offered on an in-house basis and they can be tailored to reflect the challenges faced by a particular group of leaders within your organisation. The intensive and extended nature of these programs is suited to leaders who:


  • Have or are just about to move from one level of leadership to the next.         
  • Need to develop habitual enhancements within affective behaviours.         
  • Are charged with collectively achieving a strategic objective that cuts across organisational units.
