Independent research conducted by CCL shows that organisations see investing in leadership development as the preferred way of building an organisations capacity to meet the challenges that lay before it. Yet, less than 15% of what is learnt within traditional event and academic style leadership results in sustained changes in leadership behaviours within the workplace. This strategy is not dependent on the ALDC to be executed.
