executive renewal in actionExecutive renewal offers a way for both individuals and organisations to enhance their leadership impact that goes beyond traditional skill building. Great leaders move others to higher levels of performance by being a beacon of hope amidst the turbulent sea most organisations find themselves in today. Yet sustaining such leadership, or recapturing it when it is lost, requires periodic cycles of executive renewal. Renewal is far more than rest and relaxation. It is a way of recharging the batteries while staying grounded and optimistic.

Executive renewal involves consciously:

  1. Rediscovering who it is you want to be as a leader and a person.
  2. Increasing your self-awareness about who you are at the moment.
  3. Closing the gap between the two.

Leaders undergoing a planned period of renewal undertake a wide range of activities including psychometric assessments, mindful awareness exercises, meditation, micro-behaviour training, shifting perspectives, dream-lining, re-crafting work, journaling and peer coaching, over a 4 month period.

The typical renewal program includes:

  • Preparation work, including sitting a variety of online psychometric assessments.
  • A 3-4 day retreat with up to 18 other people.
  • 7 peer coaching sessions conducted over 14 weeks.

You can organise an in-house 3 day executive renewal program from:

  • $5990 ex GST facilitation charge (per group – max 18), or $6890 ex GST for a 4 day program.
  • $180 ex GST per person for assessments & materials (MBTI Step II, CPI260 and various wellness profiles).
